1. I cannot log into my account. What should I do?
If you see the error message, “The email address or password you have entered is incorrect,” check if you are using the correct email address or password. Our login system is space sensitive, so make sure that you do not enter any extra spaces before or after your login information. Since our login system is also case sensitive, use the correct capitalization as you have registered.
2. I forgot my user ID and/or password. How can I retrieve them?
Click here (Forgot your password?) and enter your registered email address to have your user ID and password sent to you. Once you submit the address, we will send you an email with your user ID and password in a few minutes.
3. I do not receive the confirmation email of user ID or password change. What should I do?
We send the confirmation email of user ID or password change to you at your registered email address. Please check your registered email account.
4. My registered email address is no longer active. How can I retrieve my password?
In case you cannot receive our emails due to the change of the email account, for instance, please contact us, following the directions below:

Please write “Inquiry for change of registered email address, user ID and password” as a header of the mail when you submit it on the “Contact us” page.

Please write your previously registered email address on the "contact us" page as well.
Receiving your mail, we will send your user ID and password to your new email address after confirming the information you provide. (This may take a while.)

Can I change the registered information?
We are afraid that you cannot change your registered information on your own. Please Contact us and let us know what change you need. As soon as we make the change, we will let you know. (You can confirm the change after logging into My Page.)
