KatanaXtreme is a showcase for trailers, manga and short animation content produced by Japan’s top animation licensors and production companies. All content on this site can be licensed or purchased. We take an active and aggressive role in the promotion of purchased content once the rights-clearances and agreements have been achieved.
- Q:Am I able to buy content rights without registering?
- A:No. Only those who register with KatanaXtreme are able to buy content rights.
- Q:What are the procedures for buying rights.
- A:
- 1) Select the title(s) in which you are interested. (In order to view all content available through KatanaXtreme, you must register.)
- 2) Registered members may click on “More Information” and contact us about the content in which you are interested. You may ask detailed questions regarding the particular content; however, you will not be able to directly contact the production company or licensor.
- 3) Negotiation with the Licensor: KatanaXtreme will negotiate the licensing terms, options and contract details for you. We will serve as your negotiator, consultant and joint-production partner.
- 4) Finalization of the Contract: Contract details will vary with each situation and each deal will be based on the terms and conditions negotiated. Finalized deals will be posted on the “Features” page within the website upon mutual consent between KatanaXtreme and the buyer.
- Q:I’d like to register with the site but I’m not a business user. Can I still register?
